How do I use my wax melts? To use; Remove your wax melt from the packaging or container, break off the desired amount of wax and place in the top of your melter. Light a unscented 4 hour tea light underneath your melter. The wax will melt slowly in the dish as it heats up, and as it melts it will release the fragrance. When the tea light has been extinguished the wax will re-harden ready for use next time. Unlike candles, the wax in melts will not evaporate. You can re-use the wax several times until the fragrance has completely dispersed. Important: - Keep melted wax away from children and pets - Always use within sight, and never leave unattended - Always ensure that you do not overfill your bowl - Wax will remain hot after the tea light has been extinguished - Do not try to move the oil burner or wax melter until it has cooled completely, and the wax has solidified - Do not add water or fragrance oils to the bowl under any circumstances - Keep wax clear of debris - Only ever use unscented tea lights - Only use standard sized tea lights (burn time is approx. 4hrs). We recommend not to use the larger 8hr tea lights - Do not use more than 1 tealight at a time - Ensure that the surface under the melter is heatproof - Do not eat

How do I clean my wax melter?- Ensure the tea light has been extinguished - Allow the wax to cool slightly and place a cotton wool ball or some tissue in the bowl. This will soak up the melted wax - Please dispose of the wax carefully. DO NOT pour down the plug as the wax will harden and cause a blockage - Wipe the bowl with a clean piece of kitchen roll to remove any leftover residue, and the melter is ready to use again - Please do not place your burner in the freezer. This can cause the wax melter or glass top to fracture and could cause the burner to become unsafe

Why is there frosting on my wax melt? From time to time you may notice what looks like frost on your wax. Don't worry, this is a common occurance and is a characteristic of nautral waxes. This will not affect to use of the product, or the scent. Just melt as you would normally.

How long does the fragrance last?As an example, each of our snap bars should last approximately 50 hours. You should get more than one burn out of each wax pool. When you start to notice that the fragrance is not as strong, it may be time to change your wax.

Will I always get the same wax melt shapes? As all of our wax melts are hand poured the colours, glitters, and shapes will be different from time to time, so you won't always get the same wax melt shapes in a bag. If you would like a consistent shape of wax, we would suggest a bag of wax rings, rather than shapes.
