Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to a 5 working day turnaround time as all products are handmade by us. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, and a shipping email once this has been sent. We will only ship to the address given and cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect address.
We ship all orders via Royal Mail and a standard shipping cost will be applied at checkout. We ship to all areas of the UK, however we are not able to offer international shipping.
All products are quality checked before leaving us. We use protective packaging to ensure your wax will reach you in great condition, however due to the nature of the product it is possible for it to snap in transit. Don't worry though, this will not affect the use of the wax melt and therefore we are unable to offer a refund in these cases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return and Exchange Policy
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging for a full refund. Please use the Contact Us section or email us to arrange your return.
Return postage is covered by the customer. If you are returning an item(s), please consider using a traceable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be able to refund without this.
Exchange
If you believe your items are faulty or you have received an incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the products you believe are not fit for purpose. We will then be able to evaluate and advise on further action.
In some cases we will not require you to send the items back to us, however, in the case of products being incorrectly received for example, we may ask you to return the item to us before we can replace it. In this case postage will be refunded.
